MMRCHA is fortunate to have among the nicest flying facilities in the State.

The Avalon Tahoe Flying Park & Woodruff Lake Airport are two beautiful facilites that we fly and hold events during the summer months.

The Avalon Tahoe Flying Park provides a beautiful facility right in the heart of Alma, MI for flying.  The facility was developed in conjunction with Avalon & Tahoe Manufacturing and the City of Alma to provide an area that families could come out and explore the world's most thrilling and high tech sport, model aviation.  Club members & guest, along with spectators are welcome to come out and enjoy a day of aviation.  Click here for site location

Woodruff Lake Airport provides MMRCHA a wonderful facility not only to host our larger events, but the space to fly almost any aircraft imaginable.  Whether you want to hear the whine of a turbine-powered jet, learn to fly a helicopter, pilot your own giant-scale aircraft, or enjoy a quiet afternoon soaring your sailplane, the facility here provides the space to accomidate it all.  Interested in full scale flight, the facility at Woodruff Lake also operates the EAA Eagles & Young Eagles Programs.  Click here for site location.
